Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds ground or whole
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 3 tbsp ground flaxseeds

Instructions
 

  • Grind flax seeds in a food processor.
    Prepare a large bowl.
  • Put one tbsp of hemp seeds into a bowl.
  • Add one tbsp of chia seeds.
  • Add one tbsp of sunflower seeds.
  • Add one tbsp of pumpkin seeds.
  • Add three tbsp of ground flaxseeds.
  • Mix all seeds together.
  • Transfer the mixture into a sealed jar.
  • Keep it in the fridge, away from light, heat and oxygen.
  • Adding one heaped tablespoon of these seeds to your breakfast each morning guarantees a good daily intake of essential fatty acids.
