- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds ground or whole
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 3 tbsp ground flaxseeds
Grind flax seeds in a food processor. Prepare a large bowl. Put one tbsp of hemp seeds into a bowl.
Add one tbsp of chia seeds.
Add one tbsp of sunflower seeds.
Add one tbsp of pumpkin seeds.
Add three tbsp of ground flaxseeds.
Mix all seeds together.
Transfer the mixture into a sealed jar.
Keep it in the fridge, away from light, heat and oxygen.
