Wild Garlic Pesto
If you like garlic, you are going to love this pesto!
- 100 g wild garlic
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 75 g olive oil
- pinch of salt
Wash the wild garlic really well and pat dry with a tea towel.
Lightly toast the sunflower seeds on a dry pan, on medium heat until they're golden brown and they give off a rich, toasty fragrance. Make sure to toss them frequently.Allow to cool down completely before blending them.
Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Transfer the pesto into a jar and add a little extra olive oil, then seal and store in the fridge for a couple of days. Enjoy!
