Wild Garlic Pesto

If you like garlic, you are going to love this pesto!

  • Blender


  • 100 g wild garlic
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 75 g olive oil
  • pinch of salt


  • Wash the wild garlic really well and pat dry with a tea towel.
  • Lightly toast the sunflower seeds on a dry pan, on medium heat until they're golden brown and they give off a rich, toasty fragrance.
    Make sure to toss them frequently.
    Allow to cool down completely before blending them.
  • Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Transfer the pesto into a jar and add a little extra olive oil, then seal and store in the fridge for a couple of days. Enjoy!
