As a Nutrition and Health Coach (graduated with BTEC Advanced Diploma in Nutrition & Health Coaching, QQI Award in Nutrition and Health – Level 6 Ireland from The Irish Institute of Nutrition and Health, IINH) and Forks over Knives certified in Plant-Based Cooking (from Forks over Knives Cooking School) I put my knowledge in practice by creating healthy and nutritious dishes.
I follow a whole food, plant-based lifestyle (WFPB). The term “whole” in WFPB describes foods that are minimally processed. I do have cheat days from time to time but I keep processed food and dairy food to a minimum. Read more >
