Chia seed jam is a healthy alternative to store bought jam. It’s very easy and quick to make. You can spread it on your bread, swirl it into porridge or yogurt. 

Blueberry Chia Jam

Deliciously healthy and easy to make jam.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cup frozen bluberries
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp xylitol You can also use honey or maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Stew the blueberries on low heat, mash them as they begin to heat up.
  • When the blueberries have broken down add chia seeds, xylitol (you can add more xylitol if you like it to be sweeter) and remove it from the heat and allow to cool down before serving.
  • Store in an air tight jar in the fridge for up to one week, Enjoy!
