Breakfast

“Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper.”
I practice Intermitted Fasting five days a week, my last meal is at 7pm and first
at 11am the earliest, sometimes I manage to stretch it until 12:30pm,
so when I eat my breakfast it is always big and very nutritious.
